Unable to change Apple Username on Home

When I ask Siri what is my name, Siri says my wife’s name instead of my name. What might be the cause of that?

Sometimes a nearby voice that says "hey Siri" is erroneously interpreted by my iPhone or iPad as my voice and activates Siri. This can be a problem in places and spaces where many people use an iPhone. Voices on television programs will also sometimes activate Siri on Homepod. How can I correct Siri from misspelling names? Has anyone figured out how to correct name spelling? My daughter’s name is Aliyah and every time I use Siri to send out a text, I have to correct it from “Aaliyah” Same with my sister, who’s name is Katharine, but it’s always spelt as “Catherine” this is super frustrating when I looks like I don’t know how to spell my own family’s names [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Who set up the Apple Home, her or you? You might need to Set up voice recognition and Personal Requests - Apple Support from scratch in order to get sensible results.
