You can't. The forums have no method of filtering users or content. At least, not from the member's end.

I also can't see what you're complaining about. The closest anything comes to "27000 replays…" is Phil0124's point count of 207,529.

Users cannot block other users here. All we can do is report an issue to the moderation team. It is their job to sort out such issues.

used to say you have to be reach Level 2 to report posts. The current formatting of that article suggests this may now have been extended to all users:

Obviously, yes. But it was the only thing in your only two other topics that came close to "27000" in your initial post.
