White noise on the MacBook screen

Hello everyone! I am the owner of a 2017 MacBook Pro with 13 inches without a Touch Bar. Sometimes if you put the MacBook to sleep, then after 40 minutes, if you open the lid, a white screen appears, if you close and open the lid again, then this white screen disappears and a normal image appears without any bars. I encountered this on macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra and macOS Monterey 12.7.5. This is not a problem with the cable, as the image does not change when the cover is tilted. This has already happened 3 times. On Windows, I haven't noticed this. Please help, what to do?

VERTICAL artifacts and anything that is transient (comes and goes)x are extremely likely to be problems in the display assembly.

display assembly cable is not a separate part, and the entire display assembly is the only part Apple can supply.

A work-around is to connect an external display or TV set. If you get ANY stable picture, it is just a matter of changing some settings to get a Good picture.
