Why cant I delete apps when I have parental controls

Your Parental Restrictions are preventing you from deleting apps then. In Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > iTunes and App Store Purchases, then make sure Deleting Apps is set to Allow, then try deleting the app again.

You need to have the Screen Time passcode in order to do this. You can ask your guardian(s) to allow deleting apps on their device under Screen Time settings, but it’s a setting they chose to enable so they might want to leave it enabled. I have Screen Time on my phone as well, so I had the same issue a while ago.
