Apple books glitch or error while reading pdf

I have downloaded the book in pdf . actually it is medical book .. then i have tried to copy the text.. but when ever i try to do so it results in complete stop working of apple books app.. which make me irritated..

Can't open a book Can't open book I purchased. Get error message that it is formatted incorrectly and is not in a format that Apple Books can open. I have never had this problem and can not open any pot my existing books.

Apple Books Constant Crashing The crashing is so chronic that it has become unusable. And I use the app for my work! It’s maddening that with each “update” we are also downloading a new bitter feature: Apple Bugs.
