Remove the connection with business connect

I opened a Business Connect tab on behalf of a client, but I did it with my email (I was convinced it worked like Google Business, where with the same email you can be the owner of multiple tabs).

So I would like to delete the tab I created and then also delete the connection with my email, and then redo the process with the client's email (and then have them add me as a manager later).

Unfortunately, I cannot find any buttons or links in the menus that would allow me to delete the created property. How can I do this?
