When I send a text message the green bar gets around 3/4 done and the message sends through to the recipient, then the green bar stays there for around 2-3 mins then finishes and then it sends the same message to the recipient, this has been doing the same thing for since I bought the phone last year, I have tried resetting all the settings and still to no avail it’s driving everyone mad

report it to your phone carrier that is their feature
