Verified ABC account but can't send for review

Hello! I have my Apple Business Connect account verified with text validation, however, I'm not able to click the button for "send for review." The button is not clickable. Can you please provide guidance on how the proceed?

Apple careers email verification not working I am trying to sign in Apple careers which I just used several years ago, but it's asking to verify email and after requesting the new code several times I never received any codes in my email. Is there something else I should be aware of? I notice a lot of other similar posts talk about receiving the codes that turn out to be invalid/incorrect, but in my case I never received any email (even after I use a new email address) What could be the issue here Apple?

Apple Business Connect Support Has anyone received any response at all from Apple Business Connect support? I have submitted three verification requests for three clients and I have contacted "Apple Support" two other times over 10 days with no response. I am trying to make edits to the businesses and locations for my clients. I would like to set up other clients but I am hesitant to do so until I get the existing account corrected.
