Ipad Second Gen Pencil Connected But Won't Write
I have spent hours on the phone with Apple and would like to know if anyone is experiencing a similar issue and has been able to reroute around the problem. My pencil connects with my IPad and says 100 percent charged, but whenever I try to write it does not work. This started randomly this week. I have used a pencil at least once a week for the past two years. Here are the steps me and the Apple employee tried:
- Update Ipad
- Restart Ipad
- Forget device and reconnect pencil
- Reset device settings
- Reset Pencil Settings
- Remove any VPN settings
Nothing has worked and he said the only other advice he has is to come out to the community group and see if anyone else has been able to rework around this issue. He also said Apple is very aware of this large ongoing issue but can not seem to find a fix somehow.
