Trade-in process for old iPhone in Vietnam

i just bought a new phone plus trade in and im living in viet nam.so the email they write me is in VN. cannot read.

the question is i need to know how i turn in my old phone after i receive my new one....

i know i have to rezet and turn all things off icloud ....

will they send me a bag with prepaid postage or how?
