iPad Kiosk app recommendation please

Hello. I wish to locate my iPad 10th Gen on a stand outside my lab. I wish to have a video demo-ing lab activities playing on a loop (target about 3 days, 24/7). I want the touch screen disabled. I have heard that a Kiosk app may be the solution.

Can you recommend one that you have used? I have a small budget to purchase the App on the Store.

AssistiveTouch on locked screen Hello! I love using the AssistiveTouch feature, but I’d like to restrict its use to unlock screen only. I have customized it to the menus I was the most and find it really useful, including a shortcut to Control Center, and precisely for the shortcut, I’d like to disable the visual assist touch button from the unlock screen, as anyone who can get a hold of your phone (pickpocket in mind) can easily put the phone in airplane mode disabling Find my iPhone or change other settings like Bluetooth. Assistive Touch - Security Issue I've discovered that it's possible to restart a phone using AssistiveTouch. Does this mean the phone can also be switched off without unlocking it? If so, wouldn't someone who finds a lost phone be able to turn it off without unlocking it? This seems like a potential security bug.

Can I use an Ipad in lieu of a smartphone? For background, I know nothing about Apple or its ecosystem, so please don't assume something even if "everybody knows" it. I owned an Ipad mini years ago, and it was stolen within a week, and that was it. I have stopped using smartphones entirely because of my vision. I can't see their screens anymore. A smartphone is just a computer with a tiny screen, and I have multiple other computers with larger screens that I CAN see. The problem is, there are many things out there that require you use the computer with a tiny screen. I have been fighting this for some years, but finally have to admit it's a lost battle. I continually encounter "Sign up in our app", "you must use the app" blah blah. So I need something that runs "the app" but has a larger screen. That's the background for my question. Can an Ipad do all the things a smartphone does, in terms of apps that for some reason must be run on a computer with a tiny screen? I don't need it to make telephone calls, which is all I find help on in general searches with this question. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

iPad already has a "kiosk" mode - that can lock the iPad into running a single App of your choice - this being Guided Access.
