I want to cast a multi person call from my iPhone to my Fire TV but I have no idea how to do it.

I don’t believe it’s possible. I investigated this several years ago and it was not possible. I decided to use Apple TV.

Jeff may be correct; I've not tried it myself to anything other than an Apple TV. It first depends on whether your Fire device supports AirPlay. Check with Amazon to see if your device does. If so, follow their instructions to enable AirPlay, then see:
