I tried to send money using Apple Cash today and got a message that said the person cannot receive Apple Cash. They tried to send me money and got the same message. Is anyone else having this problem today?

Not working for us, and we also do this often. We have already verify account, so that's not it.

Same here. I just used Apple Pay about an hour ago and it worked. Now trying to send money and nothing happens. It says “Apple pay services are currently unavailable now.”
Sounds like either you or the other party needs to verify your identity. Once the total of all transactions reach a predetermined limit, which I believe is $500, you will be required to verify your identify before any further transactions can occur. This is due to banking regulations that have been passed by the federal government called Know Your Customer (KYC). Every bank must follow these rules including Green Dot Bank for Apple Cash.

Same here services say unavailable can’t sent or receive..
System is down across the country for many users. Engineers are working on the issue but no time frame for restoration of service. This is per Apple Support.
I was able to receive from some but I can’t send Apple Cash out. I know someone else that can’t send cash out either. I think it’s random
