Why can't people hear me on calls with my iPhone 16 Pro via Bluetooth?

Since I bought the new iPhone 16 Pro in September last year. My phone call via the car Bluetooth has always problem. When I called someone, I can hear their voice clearly, but they can't hear me properly. My car is Audi S3 2015. I go to service today, I thought it would be Ok after they update the software. But they said it is not their issue. I need to contact the phone manufactory.

Has anyone got this issue? How can I fix it?

If CarPlay doesn't detect your iPhone, make sure CarPlay isn't restricted. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. If Content & Privacy Restrictions are turned on, tap Allowed Apps and make sure CarPlay is enabled. Go to Settings > General > CarPlay, tap your car, and then tap Forget This Car.
