I would start by contacting your cellular carrier and working with them to resolve the issue.

Reject call with a text message no longer works as it's trying to send it to a number in India rather than the caller 1) I receive a call that I am too busy to answer, so: 2) I then reject the call with a text message (doesn't matter what text I chose) 3) The call is rejected as expected, but 4) I then get "message failed to send" 5) When I check further, I can see the iPhone is trying to send this to a number in India (exactly: +90*** 6) Just to clarify; The caller is in the UK (not India) I would appreciate if anyone (or Apple) could help or explain what's wrong?
