Recording behind time in logic pro.

In Logic Pro, when I record using metronome, my recording seems consistently a tiny bit behind the beat. Could be my playing, but it has been showing up throughout the track. The entire track improves when I move it back a tiny bit. Could there be something about the recording where I'm not syncing correctly with the metronome? I would think it's my playing, but it seems to happen a lot, with the same amount of offset every time.
