UK English layout keyboard issues on Mac mini m4

At present I’m using a windows keyboard that could be 20ish years old.

I’m looking to upgrading it to a blue tooth one.

Does any one have any recommendations please

The new one needs to be a UK English layout ie the @ key should be the @ key and not “
