FaceTime Audio synced with App Audio

Everytime I’m on FaceTime, I’m also usually on TikTok or instagram or some other form of entertainment like YouTube. My issue with this is that the audio from the person I’m FaceTiming and the audio from the app are synced together. I’ve tried to find a solution and workarounds, but have found nothing that works. I would just like it to where I can control the FaceTime audio and my app/media audio separately. If anyone knows any solutions to this please comment!!
