Can’t FaceTime unless connected to WiFi?

"Can’t FaceTime unless connected to WiFi?: I have an iPhone 13 but my phone isn’t allowing me to make FaceTime calls at all without being connected to WiFi, My Cellular Data is turned on in general, and is also turned on for FaceTime but it’s still saying I must be connected to WiFi?"

Grant Cellular permission to use FaceTime:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Cellular
4. Tap: Show all...
5. Toggle On: FaceTime
