Changing documents from pages to Word
I did the steps to transfer from pages to word document but now all I get is a swirling circle how do I stop the circle and convert the document?
If you have chosen the force-quit option suggested by Tesserax, the very next attempt to launch Pages should be to press and hold the shift key while launching Pages. This prevents Pages from loading its last saved execution state.
In Pages v14.3, when exporting to Word, be certain to click the Save button and not the Send a Copy button on that Export panel. If your Pages document is huge, then you can expect the export to take a while indicated by the swirling rainbow. You should be saving to your local drive, because if you are saving to either iCloud or another cloud service, the Internet delays may cause an even longer export process.
