Hidden Bluetooth device on iPhone Control Center

When pulling down from the top right of the screen on my iPhone to access control center, under Bluetooth I see a 3, indicating there are three devices connected. But when I click on Bluetooth, there are only two connected devices, which makes me think there is a hidden device connected. How can I see and disconnect hidden devices?

If you tap where it says “3 devices” it will list all of them. You can then compare this to Settings/Bluetooth.

Thanks for your response. I did, and only two show up. I spoke with apple, they said this is normal behavior when AirPods are paired with the iPhone. I unpaired them and this seemed to be the case.

That makes sense. Each pod has a separate BT connection. Thanks for following up with Apple, I’ll remember that the next time it comes up.
