First, do you have any apps that claim to speed up, clean up, or protect your phone from viruses, or secure it with VPN? If so get rid of them; the only purpose of this type of app is to enrich its developers, they do nothing useful.

If that isn’t the issue contact Apple support. That is not normal.

The best way is to use the Apple Support app on your phone; they can run remote diagnostics. You can also use the Support link at the top or bottom of this page.
