iMovie freeze while exporting on iPhone 14 pro

I built a movie spent several hours editing and troubleshooting then deleted and tried again…. Small movies like 2min or less no problem…. But 5 min clips it always freezes at about 15%….. I don’t get why so many complaints about this issue and no resolutions… has apple lost its edge? Anyone who can help much appreciated. My clip has footage and like 4 pictures, the footage 95% normal speed, 5% is sped up…. Each segment of clip has title narrative. I have no problems with 2 min or less exports but seems to happen with 5 min videos….I have about 10-14 gigabytes free storage…. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated
