How do I enable Microphone and Camera access for apps on iPad?

I’m not sure how to access my microphone nor camera on any of my apps. I’ve been going on Roblox and tried using my mic but it says I need to go to my settings to access the microphone for the app. I’ve gone to settings to access the microphone for the app but it only shows “App Clips” which I guess is where any requesting apps would be but Roblox didn’t show up. I also had the same issues with Call of Duty Mobile and my socials that I’ve tried to access my camera with. Please help 😓
