Hello,
I lost lists in the Reminders app of my iphone when transferring data to an iPad. They were not backed up on icloud. Does anyone have any suggestions on ways to try recovering these lists?

Reminders: Restore your reminders on iCloud.com
You can use iCloud.com on a computer to recover recently deleted files or restore an earlier version of information that was automatically archived in iCloud.
Use iCloud.com to restore and recover iCloud information
Probably your Reminders were not stored on iCloud but on other email Accounts. Please see the pic below
