Logic Pro 11.1.1 - Vocal meter moves but can't hear recording

I've got a Mac Studio with Logic Pro 11.1.1 and cannot hear vocal recording. I see the meter moving when I talk, but can't hear on playback. It records the waveform in Logic, but I just can't hear playback in Logic Pro.

This same setup works in GarageBand and I can hear my vocals just fine.

I've tried turning off "input monitoring" under Audio > General, but that didn't help.

Sequoia 15.1.1

Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd gen
