GarageBand's 'Song to Music' share location on Mac

When using GarageBand you have various options under the heading share. One of these says Song to Music. If you choose this option where does your file go? Is this shared on your computer somewhere or are you sharing it with other people?

Where is the "Show" pop-up menu at the bottom of the Music window? I am trying to use Home Sharing to share and import the Music library from one iMac to another iMac. They are both on the same network, in the same house, with the same Apple ID. Apple says in the help topic document "Import media using Home Sharing in Music on Mac" to "Click the Show pop-up menu at the bottom of the Music window, then choose “Items not in my library.”" I cannot see "Show" pop-up menu in Music at all. Where is it located? I have access to the Music library but can't import the songs, only listen to them. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Anyone else having problems finding the Home Sharing Library in Apple Music on a MacBook Pro? No problem with Home Sharing from my iMac to my iPad and my iPhone, but can't find it on my MacBook Pro (MacOS Ventura) Only having problems on my MacBook Pro, which in Music is only showing my original Music Library, not the recent additions through Home Sharing. I can't even see the "Library" listed in the sidebar of my Music menu.

Is there an area here to share/collaborate garageband .band files Where may I find others to share .band files for collaboration and demonstration? I have both IOS and Mac versions of GB.
