Business Connect Listing Has Been in Review for 2 Weeks

I own a small business with multiple locations, which I would like to have listed on Apple Maps. My business connect listing has been "In Review" for over 2 weeks, and I don't know what to do in order to get it listed. Is there a help line or person that I can contact to figure out what needs to be done? I'm completely lost.

Same. So frustrating. I found one number, but it’s a sales line “Apple Business” to sell Apple products for business. Every business on my block is showing up except for us.
