Apple TV+ and PS5 -- Couldn't Load Video issue

About a week ago (around Christmas), Apple TV+ on my PS5 quit streaming any videos. A vid will run for 2-3 minutes, then I'll get "Couldn't Load Video" error.

Items I've done:

1. restarted modem (multiple times)
2. restarted PS5 (multiple times)
3. deleted Apple TV+ app and reinstalled (multiple times)
4. checked internet download speed (ok)
5. verified video streaming works on every other system (Netflix, Max, Hulu, etc.)
6. checked different videos on Apple TV+ -- same error
7. sacrifice a chicken...okay, didn't do this, but my point is I've followed every suggestion found on various platforms, all to no avail.

What happened around Christmas on the Apple servers to cause this issue? It has to be there, because every other aspect is functioning. I really don't want to cancel Apple, since it's probably one of the best streaming/programming services available -- but I won't pay for nothing.
