Unknown Bluetooth connection showing “iPhone”

Hi all, I have found an issue with my Bluetooth where there are multiple “iphone “ items connected through Bluetooth but there is no option to forget the items, I have provided a photo to see what I mean. I have no idea what they are and it interferes with my JBL speaker when they are connected. Any ideas please? Cheers

Thank you for the screenshot.

Unpairing Unknown Devices:

Did you ever connect your iPhone to an automobile or health accessory, or some other pairable device? If so, you are likely using a third-party app from that devive/s company. You'd need to unpair it from that app. Contact the company, if you are uncertain of how to unpair it from that app. So, once you delete it, restart your iPhone, and then confirm that it has been removed.
