i noticed that an app had gotten deleted from the second page of my iphone tried going to settings that doesn’t tell me what hit deleted by mistake how do i get it back

First look in your App Library, by swiping from left to right on your home page, until you arrive at the App Library. See if the app is there and if it is, hold your finger on it and slide to back where you want it.
If it's not in the App Library, open the App Store, look for the app and redownload it to your phone.
