No acces to music and sounds in iMovie on my new Macbook

In iMovie on my new Macbook it's not bossible to acces my (apple) music library or apple's soundtrack.

The same problem in Final CutPro.

In Final CutPro ther's a warning visible (see screenshot) "1 file is protected an unavailable".

How can I solve this? I can't find it in support, help or ohter conversations.
