Freezing WhatsApp on iPhone X

My WhatsApp as been hanging for 2 days in which I just downloaded it and logged in my former WhatsApp to it. Cause I update my device from android to iPhone X and since the the WhatsApp has not been functioning well

WhatsApp freezes on my iPhone who else experience this ? I’m using iPhone 13 pro max and when I update ststuses the WhatsApp freeze .All other applications works well but only WhatsApp freeze .
