Ads on Netflix don’t play correctly on AppleTV

Only while watching a show on Netflix is this a problem. The show will stop but the ad either loads veeeerrrryyy solely or it never plays at all. I’m surprised I didn’t find this problem already reported here.

Several minutes of unskippable ads on app startup When I open the AppleTV app on my Samsung TV, it shows several minutes of ads and nothing else. It's been going for about 8 minutes now. No home screen. I can't exit, hit the back button, pause, or anything. This didn't happen last night. I find it disgusting and offensive that a subscription I pay for is behaving this way. YouTube TV ads skipped on my MacBook Air Most people complain about all the ads on Youtube TV. I am experiencing the opposite situation. When watching episodes of the Oxygen channel’s “Snapped” series on my MacBook Air, ads are automatically skipped without me having to do anything. I love it! If I watch the same shows on my iPhone 15 I get hit with ads. Can anyone explain this? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Sky News Apple TV App breaks after ad Hello, I've been using the Sky News app for years on Apple TV and it's recently been unusable due to advertising content that has started appearing. When you open any menu selection in the app an ad plays. After completion it takes you back to the menu. The geo-targeted ad content is new - it's only started appearing in the last couple of weeks. I've tried force quitting the app, removing and re-adding the app (and deleting the data), and restarting the Apple TV. I have an Apple 4K model, so the age of the hardware should not be an issue. It's on the current TV OS. Anyone have an ide on how to resolve this? Thanks. (FYI, I can't seem to find any way to contact Sky News App Support. The link in the App Store just takes you to the main Sky News website).

Contact Netflix for issues with their application, service.
