alternative ways to set up a mac mini

i believe that allowing only the setup of the mac mini using a keyboard AND a mouse is a terribly flawed idea. for any operations using the assisted keyboard on display (with only the mouse) should be sufficient, OR using the TAB command to navigate through option (with only the keyboard).

not allowing the set up without both of them is not intelligent.

this is my issue, i specifically don’t have a working keyboard with me right now, but I have a few macbooks, ipads and iphones that should be sufficient to set up my mac, but it isn’t!

would deeply appreciate any help!
