Timemacine on Mac Mini 4.

I’m about to set up a new Mac mini 4. Both my wife and I share it and will each have administrator authority. Does it matter which account I start Timemacine from?

No admin as user on my MacBook I have no admin on my MacBook. However it is managed remotely by admin. I don’t have admin user name and password. How can I change the date and time as a standard user?

No, it doesn't matter. Both users will automatically be backed up by Time Machine.
