How do I get downloaded Apple Podcasts onto mp3 swim headphones?

How do I get downloaded podcasts (from Apple Podcasts) onto mp3 swim headphones? I can't find them on my MacBook (Sonoma) to be able to drag and drop...this question seems to have been asked multiple times before but the answers don't seem to apply to me...Google has been no help at all...

Drag and drop for audio files not working I purchased some Shokz OpenSwim MP3 headphones to be able to listen to music and podcasts while swimming. The technology is allegedly simple - connect to my MacBook Pro, drag and drop my audio files onto the OpenSwim drive on my desktop. However I am unable to even grab my downloaded podcast files. Meanwhile when I try to drag music files only some of them (about 5%) transfer. The others bounce straight back to iTunes. These headphones can take MP3, WMA, FLAC, WAV & AAC. I've checked the file info for the tracks I'm trying to transfer and they're AAC. Any help appreciated.

Downloading podcasts for MP3 from my Mac OS Ventura to Naenka Runner Diver 2 headphones. Bluetooth does not work in water. I need to download podcasts from my Mac to my new waterproof headphones to be used in MP3 mode. What are the steps? Why doesn't Apple make waterproof headphones?? Thanks for any suggestions. Sylvia

Export Apple Podcasts to MP3 Player Hello: I'm running Monterey (12.3.1) on my MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019). I've purchased waterproof headphones Shokz OpenSwim that have onboard memory storage and supports these file formats: MP3, WAV, WMA, AAC, and FLAC. I'm able to get Apple Music files on to the storage but can't seem to find a viable way to transfer Apple Podcasts. I've searched online but the solutions recommended are either no longer viable (worked in older versions of MacOS) or Windows based. Any ideas on how to do this in my current environment? Thank you.

I spent quite some time on the phone with Apple support. We were finally able to determine that this just cannot be done through Apple Podcasts app, due to "licensing agreements". Ugh. So I downloaded a different podcast app and am able to do it through that app easy peasy.
