Changing 'My Information' on Apple Intelligence affecting Health profile picture

i accidentally set my Apple intelligence to my friends contact. I reverted the change but my phone still has traces of it thinking that I’m my friend. One of them is my profile picture on the health app. I’ve changed it through my contact and tried editing it on the the health and settings app, but I was not successful. How can I fix this and why is it even a feature to change your “My Information” on the Apple intelligence settings section?
