Unresponsive screen touch on iPhone 16 Plus

Hi,

I'm having issues with this iPhone 16 plus unresponsive touch screen. The only way I can bypass this issues is keep my Apple Music running all the time as I can see Dynamic Island screen showing song and spectrum or wavelength kind of thing. I’m am convinced that has to do with software glitch issues. Please apple support to fix this now. I’m taking this phone back to my provider and see what they can come up with.

thanks

I have received by phone back and they did restore as factory installed as original. No problem or freezing so far. They (jump plus) advise not to restore backup on this iPhone 16 plus which i did with the old iPhone as I always do. Hmm I’ll keep you posted if this comes back again. Weird its software issues as I suspected before.

thanks.

If the screen isn't working on your iPhone or iPad

You might need to set up service for your device if your screen is too sensitive or responds intermittently to touch. Read this support article --> If the screen isn't working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

1. Restart your iPhone or iPad.

2. Make sure that your screen is clean and free of any debris or water.

3. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.

4. Remove any cases or screen protectors.

If your screen still isn't working, you might need to set up service for your device. Contact Apple Support. https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&symptom_id=20227
