Unable to Turn Off Driving Focus

I have an iPhone 14 and it’s up to date. I have never used or turned on Driving Focus. I’m not even sure if that is the problem with my phone but ever since recent update, I can’t use Siri in my car and a background car icon comes on home screen.

Now I’ve looked up to turn off but I don’t even have Driving Focus as an option because I haven’t done anything different with my settings. It all of a sudden stopped responding when I tried to use to call someone while driving. I’ve tried to restart my phone but it doesn’t help.
