I’m making a certificate in Pages. How can I change the font to lower case?

In Pages, once you have selected the text that you want to make lowercase, visit the Edit menu > Transformations > Make Lower Case. There are no selectable "lowercase" font face descriptors, you have to either originally enter the text in lowercase, or perform the preceding transformation on mixed case text.
