PDFs stating “formatted incorrectly” in Books app on my iPhone

i keep having an issue with my iPhone where I cannot open any of my books or PDFs stating they are “formatted incorrectly”. I am able to open everything on my Mac perfectly fine so I don’t believe the issue is the files themselves. I have tried updating my devices, syncing them, resetting my phone, and signing out of cloud but nothing has worked. Has anyone else had this problem?

Why won't my PDFs open in Apple Books? I save plenty of info as PDFs in Books. The last time I accessed one of these files was yesterday (7/31/24). Today, none of these PDFs will open. There is no error message. I’ve force restarted iPad. Closed the Books app. Same issue. iOS is up-to-date (7/30/24). I was able to access the PDFs after the update so the update doesn’t appear to be the issue . Unable to open file on iPad I was using my file app on my iPad to markup a pdf file for weeks, now all of sudden it won't let me open the file anymore. I tried turning off my iPad and doing an IOS update and it still will not work. I even tried going to icloud.com on my laptop to open the file and it won't open. Is there anyway to get my file to open so I can see all my notes I wrote on it? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Can't open PDF on iPhone Can't open PDF on iPhone 15, I was able to open the same on my iPhone 13. Initial troubleshooting done. File is not corrupt as it can be opened on another device.
