HomePod mini is unresponsive
Subject: Issue with HomePod mini – Unresponsive to touch and behaving erratically

I am reaching out regarding an issue with my HomePod mini. The device is unresponsive to touch and frequently turns on by itself without any commands. As a result, it starts controlling my smart home devices unexpectedly.
Here are the steps I have already taken to try to resolve the issue:
1. I have performed a hard reset multiple times – both via my MacBook and manually.
2. All devices (HomePod mini, iPhone, and MacBook) are updated to the latest software versions.
3. I have signed out of iCloud on the HomePod mini and signed back in.
4. I have reviewed all settings, but the issue persists.
Despite these efforts, the problem continues to occur.
