I want to remove ai from my iphone 13 ios 18.2 But I dont have 'apple intelligence' in settings.

Apple Intelligence is only available for iPhone 15 Pro, all iPhone 16 models and iPads and Macs with an M-series chip. Because your iPhone doesn't support Apple Intelligence, there is no Apple Intelligence setting to disable in the first place.

You can’t remove it because you don’t have it.

Apple Intelligence requires an iphone 15 pro or 16 series phone.

It seems that if you have a contact that does not have a photo and attempt to edit the contact and add one, it seems to default to a poster. I'm testing now if I can get it to provide for a contact photo, which is an option if you already have a photo with the contact.

EDIT: I've tried a few things and even trying to add a new contact only provides for poster. If you have a contact that already has a photo, it appears you can hit Customize and change that photo, but that seems to be about it.

I just found this on Reddit and tested it on a new contact. Create the contact and save it without a photo. Then follow the steps here and it added the photo as a regular contact photo.

• Open Photos app
• Open the photo you want to use as the contact profile picture
• Tap the ‘share’ icon > Assign to Contact > select your desired contact

The ability to create a poster has nothing to do with AI, and creating a poster for a contact has existed well before iOS 18.2.
