Video playback issues on my iPhone 12 mini after iOS 18.2 update

My iPhone 12 mini, (in iOS 18.2) has been fading to sleep and awake during videos when watching them on full screen, and the display turns off if I watch them as an embedded part of the page.

There are no new Auto-Lock settings; however as I am using Safari- it might be related to the new web options.

LOL- I just realized we are talking about the same phone.
