Invite people button gone from a shared photo stream album

I have a shared photo stream that has 48 people on it. I want to add a few more and the invite button has disappeared. I have made sure that shared albums are “on” in settings. I tried turning my phone off and back on. Not sure what else to do.

Apple Invites — Can’t Create Shared Album Loving the Apple Invites app but when attempting to create a Shared Photo Album it never creates one. All I get is a spinning circle but the album is never created. Quit and rebooted my phone and also deleted and redownloaded the app but no change. Hoping someone and/or Apple has a fix.
