It would be impossible for us to diagnose what the issue might be. iPhone 6s was released nearly 10 years ago (released in 2015), so you have a VERY old iPhone. It might have the original battery in the phone, which would have needed to be replaced long ago. It could have been dropped and sustained internal damage. It would not be worth spending any money on trying to fix such an out of date iPhone at this point. You can schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar, but they will unlikely offer any service options.


It's probably time to buy a new iPhone.
