Ever since my first iPhone got stolen, I’ve used two different iPhones since and I’m unable to use FaceTime audio calls only video calls are available, and when someone calls me on audio my phone doesn’t ring but it shows the person who’s calling that it’s ringing. Any help?
What's the model number of the phone? Where did you get it? FaceTime audio is illegal in China and is not available on devices sold there.
