Inbuild compass on iphone and applewatch are both off by about 60°

The compass app (the one developed by apple) is just off by 60 to 90 degrees. If I use another app (mapy.cz or the second to show compass on AppStore) it shows the correct heading. I’ve tried to turn on true north and turn off and back on calibration but that changes nothing. The compass shows the correct deviation or what to call it but with the + 60° deviation. By that I mean if I go east is shows north, if I go north it shows west. I am not sure but if it helps I feel like going in negative ° from west the deviation is smaller then going into the positive rotation. My location is middle European if that helps. I didn’t test my hardware but it’s the same issue on both my iPhone (13 mini) and Apple Watch (6 without cellular)
