How can I unlock an iPhone locked to owner?

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.

Then the phone is a "brick" – possibly a stolen one, at that. You cannot remove the Activation Lock, we cannot, and Apple will not.

Kindly contact the original owner of the phone so that they can provide you with their Apple ID and Password. The phone will remain locked until this can be accomplished.
